Who we are

We are a group of like-minded people from Lithuania, who started the first cooperative activity in the Baltic states to grow crickets and provide them as a raw material for food and feed to the world.

Global benefits of using Cricket protein

Crickets are sustainable and natural source of food. It is estimated that crickets are up to 20 times more efficient as a source of protein than cattle.

Considering the rapid growth of population and environmental stamp it leaves behind, crickets seem to be the future food to help feed the world and save our planet!

Personal benefits of using Cricket protein

Compared to the meats we commonly consume, crickets’ nutritional composition is highly diverse.  A study in 2016 used NVS (Nutrient Value Score) to evaluate the nutritional content of food based on key micronutrients like protein, fat, carbohydrates and others. The test results revealed that crickets have a significantly higher nutrient value score than beef and chicken.

Another thing that makes crickets superior food compared to beef and chicken is fiber. Mostly found in vegetables, fruits and whole grains, fiber has a lot of health benefits, including protection against heart disease and diabetes, promotion of gastrointestinal health, and significant contribution towards body-weight control.

On top of all that – it’s gluten free!
